I and J Construction has been in business for over 25 years installing RSJ structural steel beams in homes throughout Yorkshire.

This is a very competitive business, so why have we managed to last so long? It`s all down to the quality of work we do. We don`t cut corners, our work is finished to one standard, exceptional.

From the original enquiry we take care of everything. Assessing and quoting for the job, followed by a full engineers report to ensure the work meets all building and safety standards.

Our team will then confirm start and finish dates, this may vary if we find any problems that will need rectification. As an example we can usually remove a chimney in a day followed by plastering the next day. At the end of the first day all building rubble is removed on our own vehicles, saving the cost of skip hire.

When the removal is complete, our plasterers will complete the job and replace any woodwork to leave your home ready for decorating. And you can be assured that your house will meet all building and safety standards.
